Kelley Briggs, Creative Director of DesignWorks NY, LLC joined Niki Jones, President of The Niki Jones Agency and Renee Bulla, Vice President of Client Services at Momentum Advertising to present a workshop on using traditional media to grow your business. Representatives of over 40 local businesses attended the two-hour luncheon workshop, which was held in Montgomery, New York, at the Orange County New York Chamber of Commerce headquarters.
Renee Bulla took the lead in explaining the differences between traditional media and digital media, and presenting an overview of traditional media channels and the target audiences best reached with each medium. Niki Jones then demonstrated the power of tracking traditional media, using both conventional and digital methods such as Google Analytics. Finally, Kelley Briggs wrapped up the workshop explaining the value of using a combination of traditional and digital media for an integrated marketing strategy. She also illustrated the difference of “push” vs “pull” marketing tactics, showing the importance of having a good balance of each.
